Dr. Christian Sonne is the professor of Department of Bioscience, Faculty of Science and Technology, Aarhus University, Denmark, and is charge of MSc courses. His research interests focus on the cross field of biological effects from exposure to environmental chemicals, diseases and climate change, specially Global Goals and sustainability in relation to zoonoses, pollution, energy, recycling, and biodiversity and ecosystem services. He presided or participated in several research projects and has published more than 400 papers in the international journals. He serves as a reviewer for over 200 journals and some research councils, such as AIMS Environmental Science, African Journal of Biotechnology, Aquatic Toxicology, Archives of Environmental Contamination and Toxicology, Research Council Norway (Head of Panel), Faroe Island Research Council, US North Pacific Research Board, etc. Dr. Christian Sonne is serving as the Editor of journals, including Associate and Special Issue Editor of Environmental Pollution, Editor of Data in Brief, Subject Editor for Wildlife Biology, Senior Editor for AIMS Environmental Science, etc.
